XFX Support in South Africa

Hey Guys!

Once again I turn to OC3D for help.

I origianlly had an XFX 8800GT Alpha Dog Edition Graphics Card. Whilst it was still in warrenty it broke, sent it back and got a 9800GT. (didnt perform as well as the 8800GT)

Then the 9800GT broke so I sent it back and got a nother smaller less power full 9800GT.

So I contacted them and they replaced the small 9800GT with a GTS250.

Now 2 mothes out of warrenty the thing brakes! (Suprise, Suprise!)

So what do I do from here on?

Im in south Africa and if XFX's support is anything like Asus then it will be a brezze!

Does anyone have an Email or phone number of simebody I can phone?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

i dont mean to be an ass here but XFX is $#!T. just go with another company. dont get suckered in to there "LIFE TIME WARRENTY," its a gimmik, they will do EVERYTHING in there power to not honor it and rip you off. just get an asus card and leave the XFX in the passed, its not going to change. your final option other than going to a different company would have to be to file a lawsuit against XFX, your tort being they are sending you faulty products/wrong products.

also most companies if they stopped the production of a product they will send you an equivalent of the older one.

My friend recently had a bad experience with XFX. Im glad I went with Asus after seeing how much shit he had to go through. You will probably have to go through the UK or US support as I dont see a website for ZA. Hope you get things sorted!

Why would you want to contact them if the card is out of warranty? Time to buy a new one methinks.

And I wouldn't phone them. Over here in the UK they charge 60 pence a minute.
