Xfire 7950 vs Single 7950: Gains? :D

Just a upgrade idea *w* for future

7950's i notice are down in price nowadays and i thought around febuary or so as a gift i'd get one to xfire with my current 7950.

But would it be worth it?.

it depends on how much you can get one for I run a single gigabyte 7950 I've never found a need for more power but I run in 1080p from what I've seen you can get a 1/3 more power to half the power of your card but it depends on the game a lot some games love more then one card some don't

I'l be more doing one 1080P monitor then a smaller 17/18/19 inch TV for stuff like having a reference image up or other stuff it'd help with, :]. but what if i wanna game on that monitor and have stuff up on the other "w".

not sure what you mean ? I think you mean using a TV as a pc monitor ? if that's the case

I use a 1080p 32 inch TV for my rig size wont matter much with cards its the resolution you run at so at 1080p most things will run fine on one card I get 100/120 fps in most of the games I play but every card can be a bit different
I don't see you needing two cards unless you are just looking for the highest fps and highest setting in game

Well I'm guessing that you get around 60 fps in almost all games with that card. If you want more and if your monitor has a 120/144 Hz refresh rate, then go crossfire for more frames.
