Xcruiser top case fan removal

I have an Xcruiser case with a top fan. I am wanting to fit a power supply for two 8800gtx cards. Most decent power supplies for this are 180mm long. This means I will have to remove the top case fan. Will this have a large effect on the case cooling as the case is designed with this fan installed.

The only standard size power supply I can find to do this is the Silverstone Strider 850W ST85F. Has anybody any experience with these power supplies. It gets a reasonable review.

Thanks for your reply.

I didn't really want to start drilling and cutting the case as I would have to remove everything to avoid metal shavings and the like. I was wondering if a drive bay fan would do the job. But I don't know if the fans can be altered to suck out rather than in. As the top fan sucks air out.

I have just added a side fan where the intake is to the processor. I first put it in and my temps went up 4degrees c. I took it out and turned it round. Now temps motherboard and processor 2 degrees C lower.
