Finally.......Heres X2 4800 'N' chip @ -70C core bios temp. with ACPI Multiprocessor @ default...

Great work there Dumo.

Yep the 60's are great CPU and you can get round the cold bug to offer better performance by:

1) In Dram setting set your ram to 233 or 250mhz (increasing the memory bandwidth) - this is a DFI only setting

2) using low HTT (FSB) and setting LDT multiplier to x5 (eg: 215*16)

The performance is still better than the x2 and these tweaks make up for the apparent lack of bandwidth (made up by tweakage above) :)

Of course under water they (FX60) perform much better also, I can get 3ghsz from mine using stock volts which means it very good for air cooled units too ;)
