X1650 PRO Questions....

iv got an AGP powercolor X1650... just wondering if these cards are actually any good??

also they dont overclock at all... how come?! lol

mines been running Fear 2, max settings at my rose blacks full res at a resonable 25 - 30 FPS

for a budget card they cant be too bad??? or am i missing something
