X1600 Pro

This should be arriving shortly which got me thinking about cooling. As you can see from HERE it comes with a HS fan. Not sure how loud it is etc. As i've never really brought any after market cooling, i've no idea what i should get for this. It will be going into a HTPC and needs to be pretty silent.

No idea if it will fit that particualr card but the Zalman VF-700 did a fantastic job on my old X1600 when it got passed on to Llwyd. The VF900 is about now.

The mounting holes should be the same.

Cos its a smilline card many aftermarkets are rulled out. How good are you at modding? You could get one of those fancy thermalright things like Raging is looking for and fit that.
