Brooksie New member Nov 12, 2011 #1 Hi guys, Small little issue, when in MSI Afterburner it says my graphics card is a GeForce GTX 570, not the MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III PE as it should be (As i've seen in other Afterburner screenshots). Anyway to fix this?

S_I_N New member Nov 12, 2011 #2 I didnt realize it went that far in the description of the card thought it was just a generic title to describe 570/580 or what not. just checked mine and it as urs is just says GeForce GTX 570

C CloneageDK New member Nov 12, 2011 #3 I have a Gainward GTX580 Phantom with 3 GB memory. Afterburner just reports GeForce GTX580. I thought that was the norm xD

S_I_N New member Nov 12, 2011 #5 I'm thinking if you use the one bundled with ur MSI card you'll get the exact model otherwise if you use the dl version its generic

Brooksie New member Nov 14, 2011 #6 Hmm, tried installing Afterburner from the disc, didn't work. Only reason I ask is there are some images of Afterburner with the correct card name: Whereas mine says GeForce GTX 570, and I think this is the reason why I can't adjust Core Voltage..

Click to expand... Mine just says GTX470 for both of my cards. Did you enable voltage control in settings? By default it's off.

Brooksie New member Nov 14, 2011 #8 Was enabled. I've updated afterburner to 2.2 beta 8 and my card now appears as a "MSI N570GTX Twin Frozr III PE", and voltage is unlocked .

I haven't updated AB in, well since it's been installed, probably due for an update.
