World's First 3D Mouse

Wow, that mouse is POINTLESS... rofl.

I'm sorry, I think i'll stick with the good old conventional style mouse TYVM!

Thats a total rip, that game is not practical for fps' as it is just overloading the right hand. He was running around on that demo with either a load of health or really easy bots, he was also missing quite a bit. I'd like to see him play CS:S :rotfl:

I suppose it'll be good for the newer 3D RTS' so you can free up the other hand for shortcuts, but unless some game comes out with a real need for that mouse it's no advantage....

What a load of ****. Can't wait for the Razer BoomSlang 2.0 tbh.

Do you mean the Razer Boomslang 2000? made in 1999, Boomslang is now owned by Terratec i think, no longer Karna/Razer.

Nope. Afaik the agreement between Razer and Terratect broke down a while back, and there were agreements with other companies. Razer still own the Boomslang (they ended their Boomer series not long ago, which were Boomslang 2100 MK3s) and recently produced a collectors edition which was 2000dpi with a laser engine etc, and would have made an excellent gaming mouse, had they not set the price as ~$200 or so.
