working downloads links

Whilst on the treasure hunt, actually wandered onto the downloads page only to see the dead links. perhaps some new upto date links that arent hosted saving bandwidth are in order?

/edit i have tried to link as close as to the download page as possible in most cases, the game type benchmarks are exceedingly hard to find on the original download, only site hosted mirrors, and not to send you to those competing websites to get them, and not posting any direct links as that is naughty pants. edit/

All programs here are used at your own risk, they can cause problems/instabilities/death to your hardware. I do not take responsibility that you cannot read instructions on how to use said programs and if by you're own inability to use them in the correct manner, then it is all on you.

Take out everything but Afterburner from Overclocking, and separate categories for 'Benchmarking' and 'Stress Testing' (Prime95 is hardly a Benchmark afterall) and then I think it'd be a good idea yeh.

Tbh, I think there's a fair bit around here that needs updating like that.

wow guys, shuttup you're not making my life any freakin' easier!!

Tbh once Tom get's me updated text for about it'l get sorted, and downloads is in the works :P

As for 'remove all but afterburner' EVGA's precision is still a good contender James...

...are they not just the same thing with a different UI?

I though pretty much all of them were the same behind the skin tbh.

*shrug* I always preferred the EVGA one, and I'm sure Tom had a review where he got higher settings in evga than afterburner? memory fails me.

Rivatuner is the best anyway gawd! :P lol

TTLs specs in 2010;

Asus Rampage II Extreme, i7 965, 6gb OCZ Blade 2133, 2x 120gb OCZ Vertex Raid 0, OCZ Gold 1000w, 2x 5870 CrossfireX, Asus Xonar, Z5500’s, 3x Samsung T240

Thats a lot of OCZ stuff  For a rig from 2010 it is still better than most

SSD's died inside 3 months

PSU died and took whole rig after 4 months......

TTL now will never use anything OCZ and even rejects offers of advertising from them......

i have a ocz 60gb agility 3 (boot drive), and it hasn't missed a beat yet (touches wood). the read an write speeds are nothing great though, gonna get a samsung 840 evo soon i think for games

I'm not sure furmark is what I'd call a safe and 'recommended' download.. considering it kills gpus

sure Sub, but doesn't all the software here have a chance to do that, if used inappropriately, disclaimer added. :P

Furmark pushed VRMs too far from what I gather, and can actually kill a card because of it.

Better to add folding@home to the list then we get more power for the team ;)
