Women....

I'm gonna hafta put my vote in for the Dyson. We have a brand spankin new one @ work and it's just uber... I've never used a vacuum with some much friggin' suction power, it may as well just suck the carpet off the concrete foundation, lol.

This is what we have:

It's like the cyborg mothership of all vacuums, it pwnnnnz.

that things a beast.

Ah, I thought u were trying to imply that your fiance liked to use ur current vacuum more than possibly buying an uber-Dyson.

heres an interesting fact..

mr dyson came to my dads place of work with his prototype asking for sponsorship, they turned him down. big mistake :p

I've read that the Dyson's do not infact lose suction over time, so they work as advertised. Bad thing is, they have barely any suction regardless, lmao.

We had a Hoover Wide Path Plus w/bagless & hepa filter. It broke. Meh. Was expesnive too.

EDIT: Got bored and turns out Consumer Reports had a huge article on Vacuums this month, so heres a few pix from the mag. Got a new cam too, takes pretty good closeups.

Uhhh, i take it uve never actually used a Dyson then :p Because they have more suction power than any vacuum I've ever used. It almost rips the carpet from the floor, lol.

hehe the neatest thing to do to a woman you may work with, or around, is if you happen to see em struggling with carrying something (obviously not something they`re overly struggling with - I aint a nasty-pasty) - leave em to it, watch, then when they finish and give you a look - maybe mutter "u coulda helped" - you can reply "Well, I`m all for equality".

Particularly being as if the roles were reversed there probably wouldn`t/couldn`t be any assistance :p :p

One of my favorite sexest remarks ;) - but of course it`s not..

Lol by the time I get married most women will have re evolved into technology advanced people!

(yea right)

It's started... :P

I'm hopeless with most mechanical stuff (probably because my motor skills are awful) but when it comes to computers, or anything related (programming TVs and video recorders, DVD recorders and Sky boxes) I'm actually pretty good.

I do know a few screwdrivers though- the normal flat ones, Phillips with the crosshead, TORX with the star, and Allen ones that have 6 sides...
