I'm at work right now gearing up to open the doors at 6am, we've already got people lined up outside the store ready to come in and mob the store.

I was out at circuit city yesterday at 3 pm (yes during the day) and my gosh I dont care waiting 13 hrs for the store to open but I litterlly want to blow up that store. They a register for each type of item. So if you want a camera you can not buy it at the TV register or CD register. And they do not scan anything they have to manually input the freakin serial code for every single freakin item.

Last year I was at best buy and bought about 3 times as much as this yr and it only took me 40min through the store, At Circuit City i was only able to get 5 items, and took me 3 and half hours, and btw I was first in line at the doors.

Circuit City sucks, I will never buy anything from them again..........

Christmas - music - everywhere !

@least it was in Texas stores. Didn`t seem to start getting "busy" (in terms of masses of peoples) until about midday.

Saved $100+ on the suitcase I had to buy to take my loot home, a further $90 or so on shirts. I was happy with that. Almost bought a jacket and shoes too.

Didn`t especially do a tech-store raid, but the ones I went through didn`t have that much on offer, and are generally that much more than online stores in anycase - not like the monitor frenzy that some peoples cashed in on last year. Shoulda gone to Frys perhaps to see what`s what.

Me on the other hand, after waking up at 3am to get to the store by 4am, then working my ass off until 4:30pm just to go drive pizza's for Domino's from 5-10, oh what an exciting fun-filled day.

Let's just put it this way, i'm bushwhacked!!
