No not yet the market is a bit too hot ATM but it's starting to cool and we got a little bit before we have to go so we are waiting to find somewhere at a reasonable price to give an example places that sell for 250,000 are selling for 325,000 so we need it to settle a bit first

Well OC3D update time it's 100% official as of 50 mins ago my house settled so it is now SOLD!!!! Excalabur is now a very happy and re- leaved boy my first lot of hurdles are as of now overcome, and I can breath again now so happy

Thanks so much everyone have had a little tipple in celebration a Penfolds Koonunga Hill Cab Sav very nice I must say, and management was very clever with the deal as we have upto 9 months in the place whilst we look for somewhere else and I get to order my goodies next week once the cheque clears so looking better all the time!
