Wireless N Mini PCI-E Antennas Question

I am thinking of upgrading my wireless in my Advent 4211 to a wireless N pci-e card like the Intel 5300 that has 3 antennas. I have 2 in the Advent at the moment, but what type would I need for the 3rd antenna? Would it be something like:

I have trawled Google but cant find a definitive answer. Is there much difference between the 2 types of antenna?

links dont work btw, and I think it needs 3 antennas because it's a N card, so the range is much further, my G+ MIMO has 2 and G has 1. Dunno about N1 if that has 4.

Cheers, fixed it now. I have been also looking at the Intel 5100 that only needs 2 antennas! Might get that one, so I don't have to mess around with a 3rd antenna. I will look for some reviews.
