Windows Vista and Intel C1E throttling.

I tried High Performance before and that did nothing, FYI ;)
 
Nope still sitting at the x6 multiplier.

I've turned off C1E on the application and in my Bios.

Still no luck :(

Any other ideas?
 
funny even when i turn off that on my dont thottle by looks of programs but cpu perf in aquamark sucks but probly a bug with it cause more i use vista faster stuff is getting.
