Windows problems times '10'

Hi lately i have discovered a strange behavior on my laptop, after a time of doing what i usually do on it work, play, etc. i suffer from a horrible lag effect if i stream or download anything. So for instance all is working fine but if i start to load a you tube video the whole OS starts to lag, mouse slows down and jumps around, sound becomes distorted and it all becomes quite unresponsive. If i close the you tube page, or stop the download or whatever it all works fine. Any one got any idea what this could be ? Any one experienced this ?

I got a
Inspiron 17R SE 7720

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz



8 gb ram


Nvidia Gt 650M video card



Running my W 10 x 64 OS off a samsung evo 840 SSD 120 gb
Secondary HDD 750 gb segate

Are you on Chrome, Firefox or Edge? Have you updated your drivers?

Firefox, updated all i could, it is running a bit better now after a pass with bit-defender but now for some reason i can't reinstall malwarebytes to do a check with it.
