Hey People!!
So many of us remember the good old days of PC gaming, when games where all about the gameplay over the graphics and sales values, but problems occur when new hardware is met with old games so im going to build a Windows 98 PC Intel Based.. Below are my current ideas to have inside the build, im mainly still on the motherboard/CPU deciding stage, as i cant move onto RAM until i have them selected.
Here they are..
Intel Pentium III 1.2Ghz - 133Mhz FSB Socket PPGA370
Unsure on the motherboard yet, ofc has to match the FSB and Socket, May see if gigabyte has something in this area.
thinking of a Nvidia GPU from the 6000 Series maybe 6200Le saying that i just seen a 6800 Ultra going for £300+ :O
So yeah any of you classic builders give me some tips and ideas for specs and hardware that maybe good, its going to be built for games around 1990s to 2000 just so i have something classic apart from a PS1 i can show my kids, when i ever have any
Thanks in advance!!!
