Windows 10 Tablet Black Screen

I have a dirt cheap Windows 10 tablet which is stuck on a black screen. When I turn the tablet on, it shows the company logo (Prixton.com) and then the screen stays black (however there is a slight brightness to it so you can tell it is on) and if I touch the screen I can see the mouse cursor.

I have tried various solutions:

-Letting the battery drain completely then charging it.
-Windows 10 USB recovery.

First when I tried the USB recovery I tried to repair the startup, it attempted repairs and then gave me a message saying it had failed, so I decided to try and reset the device using the Windows recovery, it started but at 2% stopped dead then went back to the recovery menu.

Now the tablet won't recognise the USB recovery at all.

Are there any other possible solutions I could try? If not I am thinking it is something to do with the onboard memory and probably needs to get sent to the company to be fixed (which I wont be doing as it will cost more than the tablet did).
