Windows 10 does not start anymore

I have installed my copy of Windows 10 on my SanDisk SSD, but now my pc does not start anymore. Windows loads forever and nothing happens. Is my SSD damaged? :(

Could just be a bad install.

Have you tried installing Windows 10 again. or is this an upgrade install over Windows 8 or 7?

I did the upgrade from 8.1, but I already did a clean install after the upgrade, but this happened months ago. The PC was working nicely, there were no problems at all, untill I installed two old HDDs for installing a Unix system. I removed them, because one of the drives, was making a strange noise, like the disk is starting and then shutting down, then restarting, then shutting down again. Sometimes UEFI BIOS did not detect disks, sometimes the Q-CODE was A2: IDE detected.
So, I plugged all the drives, formatted the SSD and the old disks and I did a new install yesterday, now is working. I don't know if i did the right thing, but it seems working.

EDIT: Ok, i still have problems. The WD Black, the only drive that I didn't format, now is not detected. The first time I boot up the system, it was working properly, all the disks were detected and there was no problem at all. After Windows update, the PC was loading Windows and nothing happened. I let the PC loads for 15 minutes or more. Then I restarted manually, went into the UEFI BIOS, one of the two old disks, was not detected, i tryed rebooting again, Windows was loaded but the two old disks are now detected, the WD Black not. What the hell is happening to my pc? Are SATA cables damaged?
