RM's service levels do indeed suck @ss, but I have to say that I empathise with the worker's plight. Would'nt you be furious if your employer demanded that instead of being able to claim your pension @ 60 that you now have to work until you're 65 with not a penny extra added to your pension. Now that really does suck @ss!

I'm looking forward to receiving my goodies but they'll just have to get here when they get here. It's all free anyway so you'll not hear me complaining
