Win Gigabyte Z87 & Haswell CPU's

I really hope i win, i've probally got the oldest rig on here but have plans to build a new one using an i7-4770k before rome total war 2 comes out, would save me chunk of my scarce cash. Good luck to all.
What's your specs then? :p
And welcome to the forums!

I have entered.

Nice competition, thanks Tom, Intel and Gigabyte. If I have forgotten to thank any other sponsor of this competition, I apologize.

No offense to smorgan87 or anyone else, but I think that I probably have the oldest system here that is used on a day-to-day basis. My system is a dying 9-year-old laptop with a 1.5GHz Intel Pentium M, 1GB DDR 333MHz RAM, an ATI Radeon 7500 with 32MB DDR-SDRAM video memory, 15.0" XGA (1024x768) screen and an 80GB hard drive.

I have been meaning to upgrade to a newer and better system but I have not been able to yet because of life and my credit card company, VISA, screwing me over. I had a massively huge fraudulent charge on my credit card but VISA would not cover it. So much for their "zero-liability" statement. So now most if not all of my limited funds go towards paying that fraudulent charge.

I really hope that I win this motherboard and processor. I think that I can find enough money to get a small SSD, a Corsair H60, a cheap but nice looking case and a good PSU, in order to complete the system.

I think that I will be able to borrow either a 7970 or 7870 engineering sample from my company, AMD Markham. If they will not let me have one of these samples, I can use the "decent" integrated GPU.

With that system, I will be able to work more efficiency at home and play some modern games too.

But good luck to all that have or will enter this competition.

Hardware I'm using: Intel Pentium(R) 4 CPU 1.60 GHz, 256 MB RAM, Radeon 7500, Win XP SP3.

And I've got an even older PC close by, but dunno if it runs or not <_<

Besides... so it's not against the rules to create multiple accounts and sign for the contest? @_@

Thanx for the competition Tom . Not to add to the sob stories but I actually ( in a fit of late night coffee shakes ) dropped my new cpu into my mobo socket and bent the pins !! . Top that . Good luck all :)

Oops! Entered twice because I forgot if I had already! Got told off by email lol - hope it keeps me on the list!
