will 1000w be enough for this build

[PC Master Race]

I am gonna build a new pc and I was curious if this Corsair RM 1000w psu would be enough.
This is my build:
4 case fans
1 ssd
1 hdd
2 sapphire r9 290s vapour x version
AMD fx 8350@4.7ghz
h100 cpu cooler

Yes the RM1000 will be more than sufficient to provide you the power you need.

It would be close to overkill, i honestly think you would be fine with the RM 850 version.

Yes mate, more than plenty. As said, you could go with the 850 one but if you want a bit of (thermal) headroom and the fan to barely spin up; you'll definitely enjoy the 1000 Watt version.

I agree with Dark NighT.. 850w is a far more sensible option. Also frees up some cash to spend elsewhere.

Might also wanna consider Corsair's HX power supplies which they have just revised
