No, he totally did the right thing. What u described is what gives law abiding gun owners a bad name. Only use a weapon if your life is immediately in danger. Now if the rednecks would have busted out a gun instead of a bat it would have been open season for hillbillys

Of course not, if you pull a gun on a guy with a bat and he contines to come at u then you shoot the SOB. But as soon as he had a gun pointed at his face he backed off which was the main objective of the BMW driver, he didn't want to have to actually shoot anyone.

It`s a fair comment, more praise to the guy with the gun for keeping his cool. Lucky for the guys with the bat that he was cool.

You can think morally also, the next week/day they pick on some guy without a gun and eFF the guy up.. if the dood with the bat gets shot in the foot - maybe he`d never do it again, there`s no way the law`s gonna be against you.

Doesn`t it give you the slight impression that it`s maybe staged ?

I thought about the idea of it being staged, but I really don't think it is... It just "feel" staged if you catch my drift. Like when they're talking it doesn't sound pre scripted or anything of the sort, sounds pretty real.
