If only it didn't have metro it would be perfect
I wish they would bring out a version with no metro but still had all the other benefits

Why don't people like Metro!? I thought it was very good... Easy to navigate also. I does seem a bit weird at first, but after the 5 months I've spent with it, it's second nature... Access all of your programs on one, easy to read interface? Sounds good to me...
Thanks, TheCMStormStryker

Hahaha... It's true though. Maybe that's why Apple is changing iOS devices in baby steps, to keep people from freaking out??? Just a thought....![]()
I haven't had any issues driver wise because both ASUS and Nvidia both had Windows 8 drivers out when I built Snow Storm...Pain in the backside driver wise =/

Has anybody else not even been able to get IE10 to open??? It only worked for a little while... :/
Yeah there is, but I not sure if is as handy as in windows 7. I know that when you go into all the apps (in the right side thing) you can type and it will seach as in windows 7.
As soon as I get home, I will take a look, try to find shortcuts and let you know.
EDIT:
As of my search now, yeah, if you do WKey + Q it will open the App search window and you can type normaly.
There is a lot of shortcuts:

1. Windows key (on its own)
Hitting the Windows key on its own brings up the Metro desktop. However, if you then start typing Windows will begin searching (just as it used to on the old Start menu), finding apps, files and settings. You can also switch to searching other Metro apps from within the interface. You can navigate the results with the arrow keys and Enter, so you don’t need to use a mouse at all.
