Which is faster?

X64 V6 beta or X86 V7 beta? Which brings in the most PPD or is there no real difference?

Using V7.

I don't think there'd be much of a difference, if at all. Usually differences come from the core and WU that the client uses; they'd probably be the same in this scenario. All else being equal though, I'd probably run the x64 version just because

I'll stick with V7 then, no sense losing WUs from a needless switch.
