Where should I put my pump?

So in about 2 - 4 weeks I will be buying the EK L360 watercooling kit. I was looking at the kit and then looking at a picture of my case (when it was built) and started planning out where I should put my rad, barbs and block, then I came to the res/pump combo and came to a dilemma.

I am trying to make the tidiest and neatest loop I can .I'm not running a GPU block and I'm not running 2 radiators so where could I put the pump in my case? I've done a quick mock up of where I think that the pump could go:

Bear in mind that the drive cages and optical drive bays have ALL been removed leaving room for me to put in a 360mm bracket for some fans for airflow.

I know that the 360 rad is overkill for my rig at the moment but I am leaving room for upgrades in the future as it is highly likely that the next upgrade I make after my cooling upgrade will be my GPU.

Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

For maximum neatness position 1 or 2 would likely give you the shortest tubbing runs even with a single GPU block. I would also put the radiator barbs close to 5.25 bays. Between the 2 it would depend in convenience filling the and if you would like to see the reservoir.

I think option 4 would also be a great option if you want to have the barbs that way, else change the barbs and go for the position mentionned above. Position 3 would in my eyes only be a good option in you put a psu cover on which you can place the pump a bit higher up, because at the bottom of the case is pretty useless imo

Actually, the kit includes a pump/res combo with a 120mm pump mount, so you could theoretically mount it at the rear fan position as well. It will look kinda neat, imo, as all the barbs, tubing and tank will be visible but you wont have tubing running over your entire case. Only problem is that it could mess up with the airflow in the case. Btw, what is this case?

Position 1 or 2 would stop the tubing from hindering access to graphics card.
Position 3 would make it easy to fill.

Personally I'd avoid position 4, too close to PSU.

Firstly, thanks for all of the thoughts on this and when the money I spent on a new GPU for mining pays me back I will have a build log with the Pump mounted to a fan in the front or back of the case.

Thanks for the suggestion of mounting it to a fan, I didn't know the kit came with one of those. As I said I will probably mount it to one of the fans in the front or the rear intake fan that will probably be running on a 7v or 5v resistor anyway.
And also, the case is the InWin Dragon Rider in white but the case isn't really anything much like the original in terms of airflow and also has a windowed side panel now instead of mesh.
