this came with my water-cooling it, it has as screw cap & goes on the end of the tube, I presume its made my by bits power?
is it of any value as I don't need it & don't really want to chuck it in the bin if someone can make use of it.

It's a plug for the end of a run of tubing - very useful for terminating a piece of tubing that you intend to use for a fillport or a drainport. I use one on my fillport.
