whats the best $300 build?

If your budget would allow then that would be a good choice, however I'm not sure that it would be necessary as if you are running a 750Ti then it might be a bit overkill. An i3 maybe? i3 4150 maybe, its $117.00 which it quite abit out of the range of your budget and honestly I think you would be fine with the anniversary edition.

hate how every time i ask or change some thing you have to look around but what would an i3 be? if you would an i5 est too

No mate, it's fine, always happy to help a fellow enthusiast.

the i3 option:

and the i5 option:

Imho, I think that an i5 is overkill, however if you are intending on keeping this rig after you get a new and more powerful rig down the road I would say that the i3 or the pentium would treat you much better because for the money they are relativity powerful chips.

Btw, if you want to edit any of those lists, you can by clicking the edit button in the top right hand corner, just above the 1st item in the list.

This bloke did a £300 pounds build with a Pentium, 4GB RAM and HD7770 and it runs so surprisingly well. Probably a good way to go for you too, might even bump it up to an AMD 760k if you prefer more cores (although I hear that for things as Arma/DayZ you really don't want a cheap AMD CPU).
