What Upgrades Have Made The Biggest Impact

Over the last few years what upgrades of your PC have made the best impact for you? I'm not talking about cpu or graphics cards upgrades here, but ones that actually make a huge impact when using your PC.

I was thinking about this earlier and for me it has to be the following:

Going from a standard keyboard to my first mechanical keyboard (Corsair K90). The difference is HUGE.

Going from a crap TN panel to my first IPS monitor (I have 2 now - See my sig).

And finally, getting my first SSD has gotta be on my list.

I still have a Tn panel, a standard keyboard and a hdd so I can't really say but I have just ordered a nice IPS monitor so I will have to see :D

Where to start...
AMD -> Intel
5830 -> 670
Gaming on a controller -> keyboard and mouse
Wireless consumer keyboard and mouse -> Corsair K90 and M60
Speakers -> Headset
32 inch TV -> 23 inch IPS monitor
OCZ PSU -> AX850
DVD drive -> No DVD drive ;)
No mousemat -> Puretrak Talent
Xbox -> PC
HDD -> SSD (few years ago now)

and most important of all...

Fan controller -> voltage reducers :D

(I'm sure I'll think of a few more things)

My netbook -> My custom PC
So that would be an Intel Atom -> 2500K and other stuff

Also HDD -> SSD
6850 -> 670
Reference AMD card -> Non-Ref Asus 670 (Sooooooo much cooler and quieter)
Non-modular PSU -> Fully modular (Helps a ton with cable management)
720P Sharp TV -> Asus 1080P Monitor
Old Emachines keyboard -> Corsair K90

And then there's the classic scart TV -> 720P HDMI (I even played on Scart on my PS3 for a little bit :L)
