Depends what you do more:
Video editing: 4770k. It's just quicker per core and with HyperThreading enabled it has 8 logical cores.
Gaming: Save yourself some money and get the FX-8320 or an Intel 4670k and spend some more money on a graphics card. The 650 Ti Boost is not all that great.
By the way, the Z87 chipset is for overclockers and you chose the non-K version of the 4770. Any Intel CPU that doesn't end with K or X is not overclockable. Also, the Z87X-OC is a motherboard specifically aimed at overclockers. You'll be better off with a standard Gigabyte motherboard or something like the MSI/ Asus Gaming series.
