What should i choose?

Hey guys, I currently have a Sapphire 2gig Hd 6950. I am really confused with what i can do. i can either get another one but they are hard to find in Australia. Is there any other card i can get that will either top or match Dual 6950's? i'm limited to 2nd gen Pci-e. i just cant be bothered to get a new motherboard. please help

You arent limited to 2nd gen - PCIE 3.0 makes no difference, and is backwards compatible. Get a 7970, 7950 or a GTX 670. They'll all work fine

Either of the cards mentioned above would come close to the performance of dual 6950's.

I own the eVGA 670 FTW and i can deffo recommend it. Fan speed below 45% is inaudible, and i run all my case fans on the lowest setting on my fancontroller, wich i believe is about 5v.

Thanks guy! But are you sure that 3.0 is backwards compatible? I have a Asus p8z68 Deluxe Gen3 Mother board. I really thought it wasnt. From what i have heard the GTX670 is a monster especial in SLI, so if it turns out i can run a 3.0 graphics card on a 2.0? board then i'll go for that in a heart beat.
