What should I choose ?

Hi guys so I have 350 swiss francs in total (equal to 260 pounds).

And I have to choose between these two rigs :

I did a quick look, and the barebone build seems the better choice..

But what I really wanted to write about is the HDD, I have a Hitachi hard drive and it is awful noisy. It might just be the one I have, but I would deffo look at some other HDD's

What would you suggest me to buy ? I have a WD Caviar Black 1TB Sata6gb/s and it's loud aswell. I thought Hitachi were more silenced hd's.

If you mount it right, Samsung F3's doesn't make too much noise, and they are good harddrives. But all HDD's makes noise, an SSD would be ideal for programs and OS
