Solid build, although I'd probably go SandyBridge (2500k or 2600k) instead. I'd also go with different video cards. 560s or 570s.
 
Looks like a copy and paste from lolware.

Cheaper to build it yourself.

Reply with what you are going to be doing on the pc and people should spec you a pc

Yes learn to build your own, very easy when it comes down to it. You are spending probably 1000 dollars more then those parts cost, ATLEAST.
