I would choose the "LED" monitor with a "full-array with local dimming", meaning that every pixel is dimmed or brightened independently. I don't know whether either one of the Benq or Samsung you've listed are like that. (EDIT: Actually, I don't know if there are monitors like that on the market... I only know of LED TV's with a full-array...

thanks for that information manly just looking for a screen setup of $650 max for my 3 screens.

Out of those 3 monitors I would select the Benq monitor, It has a 2ms response, all 3 standard inputs and is a LED I used to have some Benq screens ad they were pretty doos screens never had a problem with them and sold them to a friend and they still work fine 4 years down the track.

But have you concidered a screen that you can change the orientation on. I ask because I am also looking at buying 3 screens and I know some thing like in the image would be great if your not always using your screens for gaming. I have seen these height/orientation adjustable screens from a few brands lately.
