What MOSFET Cooler?

I plan to soon add some Thermalright MOSFET coolers onto my Maximus Formula since the cheapo ASUS stock cooling is baws... only problem is I have no idea what "type".

I have narrowed it down to not 4, so if anyone has any help, that would be great.

Also Thermalright's website is down, so is all the links I have tried to their compatability list etc, and most forums seem to lack someone who has done what I plan to do :(

Ta all

The asus cooling on the maximus is fine, mosfets dont get that hot, and you can run them without cooling fine :S

Ah yes, but they do not look as cool as the Thermalright ones either :p Copper just doesn't match Red October, where as manly steel does :D

I'd get some enzotech/swiftech copper ram sinks along with some Arctic adhesive or good thermal pads.

The stock ones are aluminium anodised to look like copper...

Weel I got some for one of my other boards before and I chose the wrong ones unfortunatly. A good way I found to get the right ones afterwards is to see where the pins are that go intot he m/b relative to the cooler.

For example the one I purchased had the pins above the mosfet cooler whereas my motherboard holes were tot he side of the cooler.

its really hard 2 explain lol.

I'm talking about the metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor ... :D Nah, I believe they regulate the voltage your CPU gets, so lots of extra vcore, more strain on MOSFETs, need for better cooling or they can go up in smoke etc I believe.
