This is the timings we are talking about SPD Latency 15-15-15-36 since you have the 3000MHz memory.

This is what you need to know when it comes to putting the timings in manually.

Speed 3000MHz
SPD Latency 15-15-15-36
SPD Voltage 1.2V

3000MHz memory is OC memory to get the full speed you need to set the memory up correctly otherwise it will only run at 2133MHz.

And you'd be OK if XMP worked every time. Sadly it doesn't, especially when your ram is driven out of the specs Intel set.

If I were you I would get yourself a beer or favourite bottle of pop and slowly work your way through your bios. Keep a laptop tablet or phone nearby so you can look up anything you don't understand and yeah, just learn your way around it dude.

Inputting memory values is easy, once you know where they need to go.

I agree once you know how to do it it doesn't take very long to do it, It's just 3 settings is all.
