another YT blog will be going live around xmas time.
there will also be a new blog going LIVE for my fitness/health classes, in the new year.
TIP: the best way to start anything is with a clean slate
...i will continue the way i am going (dropping 2-3lbs per week). then once i have got rid of all the fat, i will eat for growth (but not bulking - there is a huge difference). i want clean muscle, not dirty muscle
any mass added to me, then, will be lean muscle.
