What is this cable management device and where can I buy one?

My cable management is really getting to me... After surfing for a while I found an example of a v1000 with awesome cable management.

I'm not going to lie, I am totally ripping this guy off as he is some sort of cable guru (in my eyes).

I noticed a small magical device that seems to aid the tidyness... What is it and where do I get one? Payment to the first person who gets the right thing (a black one) gets my thanks and some reps

Aw, I thought it did more than just fans - some sort of extender that sat there and I could stick in the molex plugs for my f/c etc... Bah. I have a fan controller!
