Hello guys

Just curious!...

What is the best MOBO/MAKE OUT OR BEING RELEASED in the next couple of months!?

IS IT THE NVIDIA CHIPSETS OR INTEL :P

gaming, Ocing, everyday use are 3 different things. Whats more important?

(Nvidia FTW!...where is the ATI choice?)

I am playing with a Biostar I45 and its pretty darn good.

Whoops! badly worded!

I mean which is better for general use, for some one that might do some overclocking play some games and multi task alot etc etc my bad :P

EDT: Who is concerened with ATI they suck anyways lol

There's no answer to that question dude. What works of one won't work for another. Different chips will oc differently. Different peoples boards will break where others will last years.

So you are telling me that the ATI cards, that are faster than the nVidia cards costing 75% or so more, suck? Somebody needs to become WAY less of a fanboy.

The Intel boards are far better than the nVidia boards. As pafk0o said, if you enjoy RMAs, get a nVidia board.

hehe

OK i got a question!

Why are more Nvidia Mobo's sold rather then Intel Based Boards?

If intel boards are alot more better?

im not being a "FANBOY" im just curious... all my mobos have been nvidia i've never seen touched or worked with an intel board so i wouldnt know

Because most gamers don't care much about value for money, and they buy the nVidia boards to run SLI. People will still do that (look at the amount of people buying 780i boards, and look at the amount of people who bought dying 680i boards), but they are getting fed up with them. I haven't actually recommended any nVidia board based systems for a long while now. If nVidia make a good board, I will recommend them. Simple as that. It is actually arguable whether they sell more boards than Intel do. You will find a lot of people, who don't ask for help on forums, will buy Intel boards more than the nVidia ones.

Intel boards, on the other hand, are generally more stable, better overclockers, run cooler, and don't break down. Again, I am recommending Intel boards at the moment because they do run better than the nVidia boards.

The only real exception to this are the 750i boards, which are great. But, again, they don't sell because of the lack of support for tri-SLI, and the fact that the ATI cards are the better bang-for-buck cards than the new GTX2xx cards.

Thing is they can sell their products , look around how many adverts you have from nvidia, they say about mega overclocking , pro gaming and whatevah , kids are buying it .They know sh1t about it but if it comes to sell products probably they are able to sell it to you in beatiful package and you will buy it.

anyway we can make a whole article about it.

yea why not

I would like to know who chose Nvidia and why?

I vote Nvidia cos its all ive ever used so it would be silly of me to choose intel lol!

Also would an intel board run my 9800 GX2 as gd as an Nvidia board?

Nvidia's Nforce 2, 3, and 4 were good

the 5, 6, and 7 series have been rather crappy

hense why i voted for intel

altho if it was me, i wouldnt even get an intel system ;)

they're just the best out of the choise, for what your asking..

Yep. It would run it just as well as any nVidia board that you will own.

On top of what pafk0o said, people will generally buy into a brand that they can trust. Now with nVidia, that trust has gone, because a HUGE amount of people are now moving to their Intel boards.
