the items broke and were replaced at my expense only items i have ever RMA'd are a GTX280OCX and a 500Gb HDD both of them i believe i broke but were replaced under warranty.

The GTX280 was an epic failure of pulling the ram chips off the board during a botched Waterblock install

I wouldn't let me near your GFX cards it seems... Was 2 x GTX295's and 2 x 4870X2's as well as a cheap one which blew up to a power surge along with most of the PC. To be fair though, the 295's and 1 X2 were Buggered On Arrival.
