what dye do you recommend

I'm assuming you mean for watercooling? I'm just getting into myself, so can't really recommend anything, but check out his beginners guide to watercooling. It's been awhile, so not sure if Tom says the dye he uses.

The company tom recommended I believe has gone out of business now. I would be also interested in a good quality dye as the last stuff I put in was useless.

No dye is the best solution, get colored tubing.

eeeejit. Dye is for looks.

Really depends on what colour you want dude tbh, there is no clear "winner" anymore imho. Id just buy some premixed coolant if I was you, then just add dye if you want a more intensive colour.
