What are you currently listening to

I've only seen them once a few years ago. The band were phenomenal but Sam's live vocals disappointed me (think I saw them on a bad night for him).

Just wish I'd seen them again before Tom's passing but they pulled out of the festival I was at due to his health.

Aye, I was absolutely shocked when I learned Tom had passed away. He seemed like such a nice fellow in interviews too. Cancer sucks, eh.

Anyway, I'm currently listening to this:



Their new album is incredible. A mixture of metalcore with post-grunge / hard-rock and even a hint of jazz with some saxophone bars. Never heard anything like it. This song is a bit more 'generic' metalcore though, but still very good nonetheless.
 
Not usually into this type of music, but I've really gotten into an artist named Hari. Great background/ambient music for when you're being productive imo.

Not to start a fight or anything here, so don’t take this the wrong way... But how can people actually listen to this? You can barely hear what they are actually saying in the growling/screaming. Plus the music itself doesn’t have any rythm to it. And especially in regards to the music and the singing doesn’t have any rythm to eachother as well.

Growling music, such as Dead by April, you can hear it and it has both nice music rythm and it works/flows well with the singing.

Thanks for your stereotypical opinion on metal music, haven't heard that all before.

I find it hilarious the same type of music is in both videos but just because one is a lyric video you don't say the same thing because you can read the lyrics and "understand" his vocals.
