Weird Performance Loss with 580 SLI

So last week I scored 12056 with 3DMark11 and averaged 110 fps while playing Battlefield 3 and now I score 11500p and average 80 fps...

Any idea where that performance loss might come from?? I haven't touched anything!

What psu are you using?

You need some pretty good amps,running gtx580 in sli.

I did!

I just find it weird to lose 500 points with 3Dmark in less than a week without doing anything special!

Its not how manny points you lose,more fps loss.30 fps is to much.

Try new driver install with one card.Add the second card after driver install.

wow I been trying to crack the 12k mark what are you running your gpu's at? my msi580s lightning are 929Mhz core 1176Mhz memory and get 11700 but I am guessing that that the extra gain is from 2600k vs my 2500k@4.7Mhz

When I got the 12k I was running the gpus @ 845/1690 core, shader and 2100 memory.

Yes I've managed to get better temps

Nothing too impressive though
