ok guys what do i do??
i bought a set of foglights for my cars bodykit here: http://www.essexracing.com/product_info.php?products_id=536
and the tw*ts are tryin to ripp me off!! i have phoned em for 3 weeks when i can and the last time i spoke to sum1 they said that my order label got mixed with sum1 elses and that they would sort it out and i would recieve my lights by monday just gone!! still no parcel!!
went to the bank today! didnt really speak to any1 serious! some little boy 18-19 years looks like he should be on some yts course rather than workin on a cashiers desk in a bank!!
he said: because i paid with my debit card that its just like goin in to asdas buyin a pizza and tryin to come to come and claim the money back 1ce ive ate the pizza!! i was ready to turn into the hulk at this point i tryed to keep my cool at this with the acne covered spotty git!!
i tried to be calm and i said to him "the problem is: I wouldnt be in here if i had ate my pizza because i would of been happy with my smart price 50p pizza because i would of actually had my pizza!! he was no further help after this!!
so i left the bank, but walkin home i remembered i forgot to ask him something cos i was to teed off!! although my debit card is a barcalays card it is still a visa debit card and on these grounds it should still be covered by visas policies just like any other visa card to protect you against fraud etc.. right???
so what i am basically askin is for your help as i know there is a few smart alecs here who know conumer rights etc.. soo hit me with the lowdown please guys on what my rights are for gettin my money back through visa or my bank!!
