hi dunno if askin a bit of a stupid question but i have a stock i5 4570 and a none overclocking board i was wondering if there is any advantages of watercooling this chip or am i waistin money on doing this just for looks not for cooling ?

Watercooling really comes into its own for overclocking potential of course, but it's not necessarily a waste to use it at stock.

The main advantages of watercooling are the ability to have a really quiet rig, and amazing looks. The reduced temps won't be much of a factor when you're only running at stock, so any investment would be for these two benefits really, and you'd have to decide if it was worth it just for the quietness and aesthetics, as watercooling can be pretty expensive if you do it properly.

Spot on.

It would be just for looks - tbh If it was me Id be spending the money you would need to on getting faster kit. I dont think you should even think about watercooling unless you want to spend £200+

H60 is a decent little performer so I think you can hold onto it a while. Save some cash and upgrade your components. From there you can begin to visualise how you would like to create your future watercooling loop.

**Be warned. It's addictive** ;)
