this summer i will get watercooling for my rig and i was hoping to get som answers here

the case i got is a haf 932 with the windowed side panel

so i am wodering which rad i should have

the cpu is running at 3.6Ghz with 1.4 voltage

its gonne be as quiet as possible

Norwegian forums arent that good so it is hard to find serious answers there.

i am going to use the Norwegian site called techbay.no to buy my watercooling from, so the price doesent matter to me so much

i am going to have a rad outside of my rig, i think that looks awsome and of course i am going to do a little mod on the case.

what i need is

cpu waterblock (going to uppgrade to intel 1155 socket this summer too, so needs to be compatible for both intel and AMD socket)

two gpu waterblock ( one for none reference card and one for reference card)

radiator ( quad radiator with push and pull, so how thick should it be then?)

pump

resevoir

tubes

fittings

And so on.....

oh... okey

Case: Haf 932

Motherboard: Asus m4n98td evo

Grapich cards: two gtx 580 (gainward(None reference(zotac reference)

Ram: kingston hyper x 2x2GB

hope that is enough of the specs or do u need anymore

if you are going for a quad external rad, get either a phobya 60mm or an alphacool 60/80mm, i personallywouldnt bother cooling 2 gpus and a cpu of one quad radiator

XSPC raystorm if you want AMD and Intel

pump your going to want a Laing D5 or a DDC,

reservoir depends on if you want a tube or a bay res, dont get a bay reservoir and a DDC though, wont be quiet at all.

1/2 barbs and 7/16 hose

one thing, because you have 2 different cards they may not line up meaning you wont be able to connect using a sli fitting or a straight hose... making your loop look kinda shit. but EK do waterblocks for both cards

firstly, rig specifications would help alot

eh?

He has already said what he is cooling(half of it in the title)

just throwing the first thing out there:

How about a XSPC raystorm?will work for both AMD and Intel.

As for the GPU's,what is the Non -ref card?

Bay res is still fine dude!

2 ref cards would be easier(for the bridge/crossover/whatever)

Pretty much what Ruthless said imo,1 single quad will struggle(unless you run silly loud delta's)

O and1/2 barbs and 7/16 hose= win imo,way I have done mine and not had a leak for 4 years!

okey, so i take a quad rediator and a dual rad inside of the case, the rad inside the case will be 45mm thick

yes i can, so one 360mm 60mm thick will just be fine for two gtx 580's and adm 1075t clocked to 3.6ghz at 1.4 volt

I wouldn't trust it.

go for your original quad(if you really want an external) and see if you can throw a 240 or 360 in the case.

EDIT:240 in the roof is a doddle, then out to the quad for the gfx?

mmmmmmm quad rad mmmm

i like them
