With the recent release of Nvidia's two latest graphics cards, the 9800GX2 and 9800GTX, we've got some info on some water-blocks that are soon to be released.

Check out the full article.

Are there any GX2 blocks that don't cost £100-odd quid?

Or any aftermarket air coolers I could use? This thing runs HOT!

Thats what i'm looking for too. Doesn't look like there's gonna be a cheapish option tho...there's a lot of copper needed for them :(

The blastflow looks promising, but i'm not really sure how it all fits together

The blast flow costs £120 though. You can re use the 'core' on future things if you buy another plate so it's not dead money... I don't mind dropping a few reddies on gear but it has to make sense. This just doesn't!

I'd rather get some lush air cooling on my gpu, I still have my mcw60 connected to my loop just stuffed into the drive bays. When I swapped out the GT for the X2 I cba to take the loop apart!

Actually phase on cpu and high end air on everything else is really appealing to me but I just can't... Booked 3 holidays!

Well at the time of that article I did a little searching around to see if there was anything else worth mentioning but I couldn't find more. So unless they have come out in the time between there isn't much more on offer.. Water is gonna cost a bit.

Anyone hear anything from EK?

I've seen some pics of the EK. Looks lush. The Aquacomputer one also looks very nice...but probably quite restrictive.

Ahh cool.. I guessed they would have to be making one. Just hadn't heard anything.

EK posts on XS, I've seen the pics. There is a thread called 'waterblocks for gx2' like this one with various bits in, all of which are expensive!

Guess they figure people who buy £400 gpu's don't mind spending £100 on a w/block?!

I posted about a double-sided block being made by someone a while ago.. it was a card manuf I believe. MSI ? eVga perhaps.
