Waterblock options for MSI 1070 tf6

Morning guys, straight to business today, no time for formalities........

Waterblock options for a MSI 1070 Gaming X, need that bad boy water cooled, ek is the obvious choice, but has anyone seen any others in the wilderness?

Only stipulation on this are that it must be available in the EU and have a backplate available to go with it.

This could be the start of something beautiful, if I can find the funds down the back of the sofa I may even start a new case mod to house it all in.

Do me proud my OC3D family and find something amazing .......

Im pretty sure Bitspower have options. Alphacool have the finned semi passive blocks available and in the next few weeks an AIO version of that will be available too.

Pretty sure there is a watercool version too....

Big fan of the heatkiller blocks. Unfortunately they do not make one for the MSI 1070, non reference boards.

Heatkiller blocks look awesome, its a shame they are rarely if ever stocked in AU anymore... I havent seen any support it other than EK at the moment though. Then again havent really looked at Bitspower etc. I know XSPC does have any atm.

Think I will be going with the tried and trusted ekwb. Bitspower have a limited edition one for the MSI 1070, unfortunately the stuck RGB's in it ........ can't be dealing with that lol

Fair enough i suppose. Although if it looks better and/or is cheaper, I would be inclined to give it another look, myself.

I have EK blocks and backplates for my MSI 1070 Gaming X they are found here. I know it says its a 1080 block, but the configurator pointed me at it and it fits and works. TF6 1080 and 1070 use same MB

I have EK blocks and backplates for my MSI 1070 Gaming X they are found here. I know it says its a 1080 block, but the configurator pointed me at it and it fits and works. TF6 1080 and 1070 use same MB

I will probably end up with ekwb, and you're right, for anyone looking for a TF6 1070 waterblock, search 1080 as they are all pretty much labelled that way with some smaller detail mentioning the 1070 fitment.
