water cooling

Hi i need a new cooler and wanted water cooling want to get this kit

now i know this is good as tom reviewed it but if i added a gpu block into the loop would the 120mm rad be ok if nothing was over clocked much as say this as my current cooler has gone wrong and my case atm wont take any more than a 120mm rad and my gpu makes loads of noise.

so my plan was to get this kit and a gpu block then cool both on the 120mm rad then when i could get a better case and get a 240mm rad and add into it so then i could OC more.

the 120mm on its own would be temp but would it work or would everything get to hot?

I don't think even a single 240 is really recommended for cpu & gpu. The triple kit that TTL reviewed was a 750, meaning it shifted 750 litres an hour, this one is a 450.

That kit is quite a bit underpowered for a CPU & GPU loop. I used a 360 and a 120 rad for my cpu & gpu and they are the thin rads so it still does get a bit warm.

but you guys are OC if i had only a small OC on my cpu and no OC on the gpu surely they might be high but not too high and be fine till i could ad another 240 rad?

or could i get XSPC Rasa 750 RS240 and just mount the rad on the outside until i get a better case and then move it internally?

you will get better temps with the 240 kit, 1: because it has a bigger radiator 2: because it has a higher volume pump.

If you are going to do water cooling in your computer I highly recommend that you do it proper the first time. It will save you time and money. I'm not sure how hot your cpu & gpu get, but the 240 kit may still be underpowered for both chips. It also depends on your overclocking as well.

thanks for ur input but my antec 620 is not dead so im going to get a better case and then save up for water cooling later.
