if i have watercooling on my system, and i carry it around often in the car, do i have to be careful which way up its carried or nething like that?

so i cudnt put it in the boot on its side then like i normally do? id have to put it on the rear seat standing up then?

note: i haven't got watercooling yet, but its best to get all the fact b4 i do something moronically stupid.

I dont have watercooling, but i would think if you designed and built it properly it would be fine. But still keep it as upright as possible...

You want to keep it as upright as possible at all times. Due to the nature of a computer watercooling system and it not being a pressurized system there's always the potential of unlodging air pockets in the radiator, etc and getting them caught in the waterblocks when you lay it on its side, etc.

Just keep her upgright :)

If your system is nice and tight then it shouldnt have any air bubbles in there so it would be a complete sealed unit. Moving it around could actually help release any sticky bubbles.

As with any pc moving it about, try to keep it upright and strap it into theback seat behind the passenger or in the boot. nowt worse than an emergency stop with a pc flying about ;D

That's the problem mate... Especially if u have a res, the large amount of the chamber not filled with water is going straight in to the pipes and will end up getting caught in the blocks. And some rigs it's impossible to get all of the air out of the radiator if it's mounted in the top of the case. If you run a T-line w/ no res you'd have to be certain that you had it filled completely to the T with no air pocket at the top.

So... As I stated earlier. Keep it upright, you will get air pockets in your blocks if you lay it down.
