Water cooled Corsair Carbide Series Air 540

wow this came out looking pretty boss. nice work :) definitely inspiring me to give one of these cases a go with W/C

hmmmm... maybe the temp difference has something to do with your cases airflow going all weird on you with the addition of the extra fans/rad at certain fan speeds? Either way lovely rig, really did that case some justice. Also... the routing on the back side of the case looks AMAZING. Anyone nit-picking about that is doing so just for the sake OF nit-picking.

thank you :)

yes, maybe... When I look at what's going on now - the top rad gets quite hot air from the front and bottom rad. I will try to setup the top as push as well and see how it works. This should be an interesting exercise.
I also need to measure my air to water delta - I'm really curious what it is @5V and 12V.

Here is stress test result with fans @5V and stock CPU and GPU. 20 minutes of Prime95 small FFT's plus Furmark.

Can i be the first to say, don't run furmark. It does break cards...

I normally don't - I use gaming as my GPU stress testing.
I remember my card on air going up to 80/90 degrees at full fan speed running furmark, here I'm around 50 degrees max...:)

Those results are very interesting! Thank you for posting those ;) Looks like I'm going to go for 2 rads myself then ;)
With those temps you could practically use your PC as a fridge :P
May I ask how quiet your 2 Rad setup was @ OC with the 5/7v setup? :)

It is very subjective. At 5/7V mix it was OK, I'd say. Not that quiet as 5V, but nothing annoying, at least for me.

Wow, that really has come out great! And tell your sister nice pics, I especially like the one
with the blurred foreground and the GPU block in focus, very cool!

As for the cable management: I'd say that's pretty clean. Unless you want to do completely
custom cables which have the perfect length I doubt there's lots of room for improvement.

 Damn Pepe! I wish I had gotten in on this earlier! Fantastic job man! I wish I had your skills! Talent seems to run in your family, judging by the build quality and picture quality. :)

That is very nice, thank you. I will tell my sister, for sure :)

Err, I meant "run" not "fun". DOH! You wouldn't happen to be the same Pepe that's on OCN under the nick Pepe Laipu would you?

Great stuff Pepe, love what you did with the front and bottom panel, getting rid of the HDD trays was a big plus in my book. You should be very proud of your build, top job all round.
